Launched in 2018, niko&co. has become an international online clothing brand available in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and the United States.

Altus integrated business units to create end-to-end supply chain covering international eCommerce and retail sales channels, inventory management and logistics. Developed commerce strategies that drove media, merchandising, inventory, content and promotional planning across 6 countries.

Niko's Box

Launched in 2015, Niko's Box provided on-demand storage services to SME and e-Commerce companies who required flexible storage and value-added e-Fulfillment services.

Niko's Logistics

Launched in 2013, Niko's Logistics provided delivery services with advanced Real Time tracking technology for fast and efficient same-day door-to-door delivery in Bangkok and throughout Thailand.

Lazada Thailand

Engaged as Head of Operations & Information Systems to establish a new business venture building the “Amazon of Thailand” from scratch with Rocket Internet, the largest internet incubator in the world, based in Berlin, Germany .

Successfully launched an e-Commerce platform from the ground up within 1 month. The website was launched with over 30,000 product SKUs under the url www.lazada.co.th. Subsequently sold to Alibaba.

Oversaw the warehousing, logistics, customer call-center, database management and content production for the launch.

MOXY Street

After founding, launching and scaling this e-Commerce platform in Thailand, MOXY was acquired by Private Equity firm, Ardent Capital and merged with Bilna.com in Indonesia, creating the largest women's centric platform in the SE Asian region.

PPTV High Definition TV Channel

Established corporate entities and prepared all legal and regulatory requirements for the establishment of PPTV, a newly established HD Free-to-Air television station for the Thailand market.

Prepared business plans, operational and production flows, including program scheduling, content production and generation.
